Skadoosie is an infant bodysuit designed for newborns through about 6 months that replaces traditional snaps or zippers with baby-soft Velcro fasteners. It’s made of 100% breathable, organic cotton in the USA to make dressing and diaper changes simpler, safer, and more comfortable.

Baby-soft Velcro refers to a gentler, softer type of hook-and-loop fastener—less rigid and abrasive than standard Velcro. The hooks and loops are designed to avoid newborns’ sensitive skin, and Skadoosies are specifically constructed so that no Velcro ever touches your baby directly. This allows the garment to open widely (wrap around) so it doesn’t have to be pulled over the baby’s head for changes, making dressing and diaper changes simpler and more comfortable.

To maintain durability and softness: Wash in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle. Fasten the Velcro tabs before washing to prevent snagging. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Avoid high heat to preserve the Velcro’s hold. Occasionally clear out lint from the Velcro to keep it fastening strongly.
